FieldPartner is undertaking an exciting and important piece of research into the state of cross-cultural gospel work. We want to discover more about the issues and needs of cross-cultural gospel workers around the world. As well as highlighting challenges faced, we want to find out how people are preparing for cross-cultural work.
You may already know that FieldPartner exists to serve people at any stage or role of the cross-cultural journey: Pre-Field, On-Field, Post-Field and Senders, so we will be comparing and contrasting these different experiences. Finally, we will be discovering what training materials and resources people are in need of and how we can best provide that.
Our plan is to publish this research and share it with the global missions community so that anybody can consider and benefit from our findings. We will also use it to improve and develop our own platform to help more people like you.
